🇬🇷 Easy Greek Pasta Salad — light, fresh, and packed with flavor! This is one of my favorite quick and easy pasta salads to make for lunch meal prep, cookouts, or an easy summer side dish. I use protein pasta to give it a little boost, and it’s always a hit! 🙌✨ 🥗 Ingredients: 1 (16 oz) box rotini pasta (I use Protein+ pasta) 1 ½ cups halved grape tomatoes 1 ½ cups diced cucumber ½ small red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 cup Greek salad dressing (more or less to taste) 👩🍳 Directions: 1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. 2️⃣ Add cooked pasta to a large bowl. 3️⃣ Toss in tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta. 4️⃣ Pour Greek dressing over everything and mix well. 5️⃣ Chill before serving, or enjoy immediately! Optional Add-Ins: Sliced kalamata olives, grilled chicken, or fresh parsley 🍋🫒 This Greek pasta salad is refreshing, filling, and perfect for meal prep or feeding a crowd!
