Cutest graphic denim jacket for fall 💙

Crocktober Day 4: Angel Chicken 🤍🍂 This recipe has been a favorite in our house since 2011, and there’s a reason we’re STILL making it 15 years later! It’s ridiculously easy, creamy, cozy and tastes like you put way more effort into it than you actually did. SAVE this one!

CROCKPOT ANGEL CHICKEN

Ingredients:
• 1 pkg chicken
• 1 block cream cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 pkg Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 4 Tbsp butter
• Angel hair pasta, for serving
• Freshly grated Parmesan, for topping

Directions:
Add chicken, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chicken broth and butter to your crockpot.

Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Shred the chicken right in the crockpot and stir it into that creamy sauce. Serve over cooked angel hair pasta and finish with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan. SO GOOD. 🤌🏻

Crocktober continues with Chicken Pot Pie Soup and this one is basically fall comfort food in a bowl. 🥣🍂 Creamy, cozy, SO easy and served over warm biscuits. Save this one for a chilly night! My family loved this last year and we love it again this year. 🫶🏼

Comment “LINK” and I’ll send you a DM with the links to my fave crockpot and my $5 pumpkin soup bowls.

CROCKPOT CHICKEN POT PIE SOUP

Ingredients:
• 1 pkg chicken, pre-cooked or uncooked (adjust cooking times accordingly)
• 1 pkg frozen mixed veggies
• Several potatoes, peeled + chopped
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup chicken stock, plus more if needed
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
• Garlic powder, to taste
• Salt + pepper, to taste
• Biscuits, for serving

Directions:

Add chicken to the bottom of your Crock-Pot and season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Add additional seasonings if you like.

Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken stock and heavy whipping cream together, then pour over the chicken. Add frozen veggies and potatoes and give everything a good stir. Add a little extra broth if you want a thinner soup.

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until the chicken is cooked through (165°). If you’re using pre-cooked chicken, shorten the cooking time!

Shred the chicken, stir everything together and serve over warm baked biscuits. SO GOOD. 🤌🏻

Save this for later and follow along for more Crocktober recipes! 🍂

CROCKTOBER essential 🤎🍂 This is the crockpot I use for all of my Crocktober recipes! I love that it has a ceramic cooking pot and is made without PFAS “forever chemicals.”

It has 3 cooking modes, LOW, MEDIUM + HIGH, and my favorite part is that once your timer is up, it automatically switches to KEEP WARM. 🙌🏻 So convenient when dinner is ready before you are!

It also comes in so many cute colors, which obviously matters when it lives on your counter all fall. 😂 Linking mine from Amazon!

CROCKTOBER DAY 2 🍂 Crockpot Whole Chicken!

This is one of the EASIEST dinners I make. It takes about 10 minutes to prep, you don’t add any liquid, and the chicken comes out so juicy and tender. Save this one! 👇🏼

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs)
• 1 lemon, halved
• 1 head of garlic, halved

DRY RUB:
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp thyme

Pat chicken dry. Mix the dry rub and season the chicken all over, including under the wings and a little inside the cavity.

Squeeze a little lemon juice inside, then stuff with the lemon halves + garlic.

Place chicken breast-side DOWN in your Crockpot. DO NOT add liquid! It makes its own delicious juices as it cooks.

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until the thickest part reaches 165°F.

That’s it! 🙌🏼 Perfect for an easy dinner AND the leftovers are so good for meal prep.
