Gym Clothes for men, athletic clothing men, gym casual clothing - I’m no fitness content creator. I have no idea how to eat “well” or how to work out. I’d try diets or look up fitness videos and just try my best. I was fine but I never really got the results I wanted.
I knew I wanted to change but I literally need someone to tell me what to do haha. I don’t have time research and I understand everyone’s body is different so what I see what’s online might not work for me. What can I do and still eat rice 😂
If you are wondering what I’ve been doing here is my routine:
I’ve been using @metproco as my nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching app. This has been the thing I needed that literally tells me what to do. I deadass just need someone to think for me 😂 There's even plans that include an actual human coach to talk to and guide you through the process. What I can eat and the portions are all done for me based on my needs. And I can still have rice (within reason 😭😂) Shoutout to Coach Shannon!
