With summer just around the corner, the possibilities are endless. Sweet summertime is all about fun in the sun, long days, and looking good while doing it. 😂

I've teamed up with @amazonfashion to show you how to style these "Hawaiian Shirts." I was also able to find the ones with the bigger collars so I could put them over my lapels.

Fun fact, while men did sport the collar over the lapel look in the ‘30s, they sometimes paired it with a cravat (rather than necktie)! Wearing one's collar outside didn't go away -- in fact, you can find pictures of celebrities in the '50s and early '60s doing it. And now we are back in 2022 doing the same thing. That's why I love classic menswear... it's timeless!

Sneakers and a suit are the ultimate contrast. If do decide to go the sneakers route, I’d recommend that you do not wear a shirt and tie. Go with a turtle neck or a v-neck t-shirt. Your slacks should have no breaks and show some socks or ankles. Having any breaks would look sloppy. Remember, you can’t just throw on your everyday running shoes with any suit. Your suit needs to be modern, fitted, and sleek, hence having no breaks — and so do your sneakers.

Sneakers should also be as smooth as your suit. Not bulky with logos all over it. For starters, go with low-tops.

I’ve been using @metproco as my nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching app. This has been the thing I needed that literally tells me what to do. I deadass just need someone to think for me 😂 There's even plans that include an actual human coach to talk to and guide you through the process. What I can eat and the portions are all done for me based on my needs. And I can still have rice (within reason 😭😂) Shoutout to Coach Shannon!

@onepeloton has been my workout of choice recently. Just been absorbing @codyrigsby content to get my day started.

Would y’all wanna learn more about my fitness journey? This has been a personal thing and I know that talking about stuff like this can be very subjective. At the end of the day I just want to bring you value.

The Bronx (always “The Bronx”, never just “Bronx”) flies a flag of three horizontal orange-white-royal blue stripes with the Borough Seal on a white disc in the center, overlapping the upper and lower stripes. The Bronx borough flag was adopted in 1912. It is described as the Dutch colonial flag (the Prinsenvlag of orange, white, and blue horizontal stripes), with the addition of the Bronck family arms encircled by a laurel wreath denoting honor and fame.
