Sneakers and a suit are the ultimate contrast. If do decide to go the sneakers route, I’d recommend that you do not wear a shirt and tie. Go with a turtle neck or a v-neck t-shirt. Your slacks should have no breaks and show some socks or ankles. Having any breaks would look sloppy. Remember, you can’t just throw on your everyday running shoes with any suit. Your suit needs to be modern, fitted, and sleek, hence having no breaks — and so do your sneakers. Sneakers should also be as smooth as your suit. Not bulky with logos all over it.
