Happy Monday! I hope everyone enjoyed their St. Patrick’s Day weekend! We had beautiful weather here in NC🌞 so we took advantage of that! Hiked a local trail, went to get ice cream, and of course... watched basketball. The basketball part wasn’t exactly taking advantage of the weather, but it’s March Madness. When you own a restaurant that’s known for showing sports, and have a husband that loves allllll sports, there’s no getting around the constant squeak of basketball shoes on tv. Another joy of March is pollen🤧. It has us sneezing, which means it’s a matter of time before the view from my sunroom will be green, and I can’t wait☘️🌿🍀🌱🌳!! How did you spend your weekend!?
