One thing I’m currently working on, is learning to relax. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m great at sitting down and procrastinating, but relaxing is a challenge. My brain doesn’t allow me to sit still without thinking of all the things that I could/should be doing. Even when I lay down to go to bed.. the brain Won’t. Turn. Off. I recently pulled a muscle, or pinched a nerve in my back, and I took a nice, RELAXING bath with lavender infused Epsom salts. Folks, it was wonderful! I actually was able to sit still, and enjoy the bath! So in my quest to figure out ways to enjoy peace and quiet, and not tell myself that I’m wasting precious time. What helps you relax? Any advice on how to turn my attention deficit brain off? Download the LIKEtoKNOW.it app to shop this pic via screenshot http://liketk.it/2uze8 @liketoknow.it #liketkit
