These are the things I wish I’d understood sooner about hormones. They don’t just sort themselves out, they respond to how you eat, how you sleep, how stressed your nervous system is and how consistently you look after yourself. For me, focusing on these basics changed everything. I had better energy, calmer moods, more stable weirdos, less inflammation, clearer skin and just feeling like myself day to day, not just on “good weeks” This is not extreme, and they’re definitely not quick fixes. But, it’s important to remember that supporting your body properly, and doing them consistently will help it settle over time.
