I have the best skin of my life at 47. Here’s what actually works. And before anyone asks, it’s not one miracle product, botox, one facial or genetics. It’s the boring, every day habits you do consistently. If you want genuinely good skin, excellent skin quality, a glow, firmness and even tone, this is what I do. Repeatedly 1️⃣ Retinol a few times a week. Find one that’s around 0.3% and formulated with barrier supporting ingredients. It’s still one of the best things you can do for collagen support and texture. 2️⃣ Peptides (especially with red light) Peptides are a big part of keeping my skin looking bouncy and healthy. I use them as barrier support + long-term firmness support. 3️⃣ LED red light This is one of those “long-term habits” that adds up. Less inflammation, faster healing, better skin over time. It’s my number 1 really. 4️⃣ Microneedling but only in clinic I’ll never do it at home. Done properly, it’s one of the best treatments for texture, pores and collagen. 5️⃣ Lymphatic drainage + facial massage / gua sha. This is what you’re seeing here.Most of the time when we say we look “puffy” or “tired”, it’s fluid retention + tension. Massage makes a visible difference to shape, glow and firmness. I do it for my jaw, cheeks and forehead especially. 6️⃣ Collagen daily. I don’t skip it.
