Friday Faves - What I'm Loving!

(1) Patrick TA Major Dimension Eyeshadow Duo: This is my new go-to eyeshadow... it's so good! I have the set called "talk to my team" which has a shimmery champange and copper in it. They blend seamlessly and really make blue eyes pop. I always get compliments when I have this on.

(2) Lola Blanket: The hype is real with this blanket. Everyone says it's the softest thing ever and it's true! It’s soo cozy, has a nice weight to it, and feels a little luxurious too.

(3) Higher Dose Infrared PEMF Pro Mat: My functional medicine doctor recomended I get one of these and I'm so glad I did. I’ve been using it daily to relax and recharge, and it really does make a difference. It combines infrared heat and PEMF, so it feels like a full-body reset while you’re just laying there. I love using it at the end of the day to unwind.

(4) CurrentBody Red Light Therapy Face Mask: Isaac and I both use this mask daily (we actually wear it while we're on the PEMF mat). It’s super easy to use and feels relaxing - plus my skin has looked more even and glowy after consistent use.

These roasted sweet potatoes halves are my new favorite way to cook sweet potatoes. 🍠 They cook up so quick, the bottoms get perfectly golden (even at little crunchy) and the inside are so soft + creamy.

Here’s how to make them:
1–2 medium sweet potatoes
Avocado oil spray (or olive oil)
Sea salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise.
Lightly spray the flesh with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place cut side down on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, until tender and caramelized.

(1) Saltair Santal Bloom Serum Body Wash: I’ve been using this body wash for months now and it makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated after every shower. The scent is warm and subtle without being overpowering, and it feels a little more elevated than your typical body wash.

(2) Geometry Kitchen Towels: These are my absolute fave kitchen towels. They’re super absorbent, dry quickly, and the patterns add a pop of color that makes everyday kitchen cleanup feel a little less boring. The spring prints are so pretty.

(3) Sunzel (Booty Lift) Leggings: I was honestly surprised by how subtly flattering these leggings are. The scrunch detail gives a nice lift, and the fabric is soft, stretchy, and stays in place whether I’m working out or just running around.

(4) Medicube Collagen Daytime Peel Off Mask: I’ve been using this mask whenever my skin needs a quick refresh. It goes on smoothly, sets into a light film, and peels off clean. I love that I can wear it during the day (only takes 20 mins) and let it do its thing while I go about my routine.
