Homemade cold brew with brown butter maple syrup, a little maple butter, salt, vanilla, and my homemade cold foam on top.

Buttery, maple-y, a little salty, and just sweet enough. Simple combination, but she showed UP. 👀🍁

Back home and back to making my own coffee. 😂🎃☕️

Today’s cold brew got pumpkin butter + white chocolate, then a pumpkin cinnamon roll cold foam on top…and yeah, coming home has its perks. 🤎

Sweet, creamy, pumpkin-y, and ridiculously easy. No experimenting necessary…this combination just makes sense. 😂

🎃 Pumpkin White Chocolate Cold Brew

* 8 oz cold brew
* 1 tbsp pumpkin butter
* 1 tbsp white chocolate sauce
* Ice

Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Cold Foam

* 3 tbsp Horizon Organic Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Creamer, frothed

Mix the pumpkin butter and white chocolate into the cold brew, pour over ice, and top with the cold foam. 🤎

Apparently this is my version of meal prepping. 😂 Made a big batch of homemade cold brew so all I have to do in the morning is pour it over ice and add cold foam.

**Cold Brew**
☕️ 2 cups coffee grounds
💧 Water to fill a 2-quart pitcher
⏰ Stir well + steep for 12 hours
🤎 Strain and refrigerate

For my morning coffee, I’m pouring about **8 oz over ice** and finishing it with cold foam.

Simple, delicious, and one less thing to do in the morning. 😂☕️

❤️ Small-Batch Red Velvet Cake

This one deserved a permanent spot on the recipe list. Soft, moist red velvet cake with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting—and honestly, the cake-to-frosting ratio might be my favorite part. 😂

I made mine in my larger Staub baking dish, but this is the perfect little sheet cake when you don’t need a huge layer cake.

**RED VELVET CAKE**

• 170 g cake flour
• 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• 100 g granulated sugar
• 50 g light brown sugar
• 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
• 74 g neutral oil
• 120 g whole milk
• 2½ tsp lemon juice, divided
• 1½ tsp vanilla bean paste
• 1–2 tsp red gel food coloring

Mix 1½ tsp of the lemon juice into the milk and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to make a quick buttermilk substitute.

Whisk together the cake flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk both sugars, egg, egg yolk and oil until smooth. Add the milk mixture, remaining 1 tsp lemon juice, vanilla and red food coloring.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet just until combined.

Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at **350°F** until the center springs back and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Mine was baked in my larger Staub, so start checking around **18–20 minutes**. A smaller baking dish will need a little longer.

**CREAM CHEESE FROSTING**

• 8 oz (226 g) full-fat block cream cheese
• ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter
• 1¾ cups (210 g) powdered sugar
• 1½ tsp vanilla bean paste
• Pinch of kosher salt

Beat the softened butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and salt and beat until smooth. Add the cream cheese and mix just until creamy—don’t overbeat it.

Let the cake cool completely, pile on that cream cheese frosting and finish with red velvet crumbs if you have them. ❤️

Save this one because she’s definitely getting made again.

🎃 Vanilla Bean Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Dough
* 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
* ¾ cup warm whole milk (105–110°F)
* 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for blooming the yeast)
* Remaining 6 tbsp granulated sugar
* ½ cup pumpkin purée
* 3 large eggs
* 1 stick (½ cup) melted butter
* ½ tbsp vanilla bean paste
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* ½ tsp kosher salt
* 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 2¼ cups bread flour
* 2¼ cups all-purpose flour

Filling
* ½ cup softened butter
* 1 cup light brown sugar
* 2–3 tbsp pumpkin purée
* 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of kosher salt
*
Cream Cheese Frosting
* 8 oz cream cheese
* ½ cup softened butter
* 3 cups powdered sugar
* 2 tsp vanilla
* ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
*
Directions
1. Bloom the yeast with the warm milk and 2 tbsp sugar for 5–10 minutes.
2. Add the remaining sugar, pumpkin, eggs, butter, vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
3. Mix in both flours and knead for 8–10 minutes.
4. Let rise until doubled (1–1½ hours).
5. Roll out, spread the filling, roll up, and cut into 9 rolls.
6. Place in a greased baking dish and pour ½ cup heavy cream around the rolls.
7. Let rise for 15 minutes.
8. Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
9. Frost while warm and enjoy!

☕ House Tip: Sweetened condensed milk adds richness while the dark brown sugar gives this latte a deeper caramel flavor.

Recipe • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar • Dash of pumpkin pie spice • Dash of vanilla • Double espresso • 7 oz frothed milk

* 2 capfuls Molina Mexican Vanilla
* Pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
2. Heat over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until smooth.
3. Once combined, let it gently simmer for 3–5 minutes. Do not boil.
4. Remove from the heat and let cool on the counter for 30–45 minutes.
5. Pour into a glass jar or bottle and refrigerate.
Storage
* Keeps 5–7 days in the refrigerator.
* Shake or stir before each use, as some natural separation may occur.

Brown butter, milk instead of water, extra eggs, and a low, slow bake turned this boxed butter cake into a rich, buttery dessert with the softest crumb.

🥣 Bakery Shortcut: Bake it in an 8x8 pan at 315°F for about an hour for a thick, bakery-style cake with a tender crumb.

Recipe • 1 Betty Crocker Butter Cake Mix • 1½ sticks butter, browned • 1 cup milk • 4 eggs
Pour into an 8x8 baking pan and bake at 315°F for about 1 hour.

Top with Hershey's Chocolate Frosting. 🍫
