i realized i don’t lift weights because 1. i don’t know what i’m doing & 2. i rather someone tell me what to do & make sure i’m doing it properly. this experience solved BOTH of those “problems”

broad street run year 2!!! as mile 4 approached, i had 2 mental choices to make 1) DNF 2) Party pace & just have fun. i chose option 2 and finished 11 mins faster than last year!!!!!💛💛
