my new fav high rise pant in an OG fabric luon so a little thicker, sits higher on waist. I did go down a size in these because my black ones I did a 2 and they had stretched a little after a few wears in waist. But it comes down to comfort.

Paired it with a casual soft quarter zip and ivory denim jacket and a hat because it’s hair wash day.

Did a casual sneaker but could dress up or down!!

• @OLLY Wellness sleep gummies about an hour or two before bed.
• I wash my face with cleanser and toner, then use this tool similar to my gua sha but with red light, and serum so it glides. Really trying to avoid Botox for now.
• My @WHOOP has been a game changer for tracking strain and sleep. A year in, I just upgraded, but the 4.0 does the job just as well!
• Sleep mask – I really need to put my curtains up.
• I treat myself once a day – a square of Hu dark chocolate or a @KodiakCakes in a cup with peanut butter, yes please!

first time wearing alo to coach in/ sweat in and honestly not bad. The bra is very flattered and holds you in. The straps are adjustable to go criss cross in the back or regular bra style: and the pants I did my true size but realized I needed to size down to get the extra compression feeling in the right areas. Held up pretty well in the waist!
