OKAY THIS CLASS WAS HOT AND SWEATYYYY but im telling you the get low set that everyone thinks is sheer and see through upheld for this temp my sweat wicked like no other and was “dry” for the most part and my 3in mat is my tried and true I was sticking not slipping during this class and it was amazing !!! So yes you need this and I would do true to size in top!

my new fav high rise pant in an OG fabric luon so a little thicker, sits higher on waist. I did go down a size in these because my black ones I did a 2 and they had stretched a little after a few wears in waist. But it comes down to comfort.

Paired it with a casual soft quarter zip and ivory denim jacket and a hat because it’s hair wash day.

Did a casual sneaker but could dress up or down!!

• @OLLY Wellness sleep gummies about an hour or two before bed.
• I wash my face with cleanser and toner, then use this tool similar to my gua sha but with red light, and serum so it glides. Really trying to avoid Botox for now.
