my new fav high rise pant in an OG fabric luon so a little thicker, sits higher on waist. I did go down a size in these because my black ones I did a 2 and they had stretched a little after a few wears in waist. But it comes down to comfort.

Paired it with a casual soft quarter zip and ivory denim jacket and a hat because it’s hair wash day.

Did a casual sneaker but could dress up or down!!

• @OLLY Wellness sleep gummies about an hour or two before bed.
• I wash my face with cleanser and toner, then use this tool similar to my gua sha but with red light, and serum so it glides. Really trying to avoid Botox for now.

The straps are adjustable to go criss cross in the back or regular bra style: and the pants I did my true size but realized I needed to size down to get the extra compression feeling in the right areas.
