✨ADHD-friendly mornings that actually feel doable Life over 40 means I'm starting to really understand myself. From inside to out. With 2026 around the corner, I'm making it a goal to better understand how my never stopping brain works. I used to joke that my brain runs like an excel sheet with many tabs open at the same time. I often catch myself not being able to fully switch my brain off even at the end of the day. The worse is when I want to do 10 things at the same time and just find myself pacing in circles because I physically can't decide where to start. But now that I understand my brain better, and incorporating tangible and repeatable habits, especially in the mornings, made the biggest difference. Not perfect routines… just realistic ones that support how my brain works. I wanted to share more of this side of me cause its so important to know that we're not alone in the chaos. If mornings feel hard, it's ok. And I believe talking about it more and making little shifts is truly what's going to help us in the long run. 💛 adhdmorningroutine adhdwomenover40 adhdhacks morninghabits skincareover40 LTKBeauty LTKgrwm LTKOver40
