We are getting to the dark months and one of my favorite things we do is plug a lamps in our great room into an analog outlet timer.
Incandescent warm bulb.
It turns on and off when we set it, no WiFi needed.
Keeps the home cozy while you are awake and also keeps the overhead lights off. 😉

I think I’m at a point where I can see a change in my body composition. Progress is so slow going, as opposed to what I see all over my feeds of women fully transforming their bodies in three months. Many thanks to PCOS and Hashi’s for that… along with my determination to heal my body the old fashioned way. 😊😂 Here’s the thing though. A few months ago I felt a full surrender. In prayer I gave it all up to God and said I want to learn what he’s trying to teach me through all this. And he’s shouted very loudly back at me… PATIENCE + SELF CONTROL. Probably my two biggest weaknesses. So when I’m in the gym, those are my mantras, those are muscles I’m learning to flex and strengthen right along with my biceps and quads and all the rest. My self control still sucksssssssss. But I’m working at it. And also, gentleness. Gentleness with my self. My body changes by the week. Heck, my body changes by the hour some days. And that’s okay. I trust in His design. And I trust in His will. 🤍

Naked Nail Slugging. DO THIS FOR YOUR NAIL HEALTH! Your nails are begging you!

Remove polish.
File and shape.
Nail oil.
Cuticle oil.
Hand cream.
Emollient to slug 🐌 all over the nails and half’s, locking in moisture and letting it do its thing while you sleep.
