I wish this was more asthetic for you but lol sorry.
We are getting to the dark months and one of my favorite things we do is plug a lamps in our great room into an analog outlet timer.
Incandescent warm bulb.
It turns on and off when we set it, no WiFi needed.
Keeps the home cozy while you are awake and also keeps the overhead lights off. 😉

Basics that don’t break the bank!
I grabbed the ribbed t in three colors bc it’s such a staple for me!

Tips for Healthy Nails

Quality nontoxic polish system that is scientifically built to FLEX with your nail as you live, helping reduce breakage. (Use code EILERS15 at checkout on all Dazzle Dry products + do not skip out on this color, She’s Electric, it is SO GOOD).

Collagen powder to support healthy nail growth.

Quality tools like a glass nail file to reduce fraying along free edge of nail, causing less tears and peeling.

Nail oil! And don’t just focus on the cuticle. Apply oil to the underside of the free edge of the nail too! This little tip has helped my nails stay hydrated, flexible and strong all mani long! (Sharing the oil I use + two similar budget friendly options of bulk oils with similar ingredients and refillable pens or bottles to make application easy for you!)

Buff as little as possible, it’s been proven buffing weakens the nail plate.

I think I’m at a point where I can see a change in my body composition. Progress is so slow going, as opposed to what I see all over my feeds of women fully transforming their bodies in three months. Many thanks to PCOS and Hashi’s for that… along with my determination to heal my body the old fashioned way. 😊😂 Here’s the thing though. A few months ago I felt a full surrender. In prayer I gave it all up to God and said I want to learn what he’s trying to teach me through all this. And he’s shouted very loudly back at me… PATIENCE + SELF CONTROL. Probably my two biggest weaknesses. So when I’m in the gym, those are my mantras, those are muscles I’m learning to flex and strengthen right along with my biceps and quads and all the rest. My self control still sucksssssssss. But I’m working at it. And also, gentleness. Gentleness with my self. My body changes by the week. Heck, my body changes by the hour some days. And that’s okay. I trust in His design. And I trust in His will. 🤍

Please talk to your provider before taking any supplements or herbs.

The bulk of my supplements are provided to me in a single packet by Binto Vitamins. The packs are customizable and recyclable! You can take the quiz in their site to build a pack for you and also meet with a nurse practitioner to customize a pack to your needs

In my Binto Daily Pack:
Fish Oil DHA:EPA
NAV N-Acetul-L-Fusteine
Turmeric
Base Blend (calcium/iodine/selenium)
Balance Inositol Powder

Other than that? In the afternoon I take a dose of the following:
Beef Liver
Magnesium Glycinate
(Linked below)

I also shoot for two servings of fermented foods a day for a natural probiotic (sauerkraut is a very easy source, must be not pasteurized, usually in the fridge section at grocery stores!)

I also drink 1 TBSP of Apple Coder Vinegar in 1 cup water before meals as much as I can remember to aid in digestion as well as support insulin resistance. I’ll link the ACV I like as well below

All the leakproof mugs in all the places. My fave part is I uncap it and drink that open mug life in the car. Then when I arrive at our destination, leakproof lid goes on, and I can toss it right in my bag worth free. So worth it

#LTKFamily #LTKBacktoSchool #LTKTravel

Shared bedroom for two sweet little peas. We love the shorty bunks so much we went with them again for this room too!

#LTKHome #LTKKids #LTKFamily

Have you started your back to school shopping yet? Tis the season, we have passed the half way point of summer. 😬 HOW?! Our FAVE backpacks and lunch bags are 40% off! Our girls have reused the same back pack and lunch bag year after year. 🤌 They hold up SO well I have tossed these in the wash (empty, unzip, shake out, gentle cycle, hang dry) SO many times. They’ve been on major road trips and on airplanes. They’re our ride or die. And the lunch bags, same wash method for a deep clean, and easy wipe fabric inside for in between. 10/10 recommend.

(And yes, I still use one of the kids back up backpacks as my overnight and carryon bag 😂 #momlife)

#LTKSummerSales #LTKKids #LTKBacktoSchool

Rechargeable wireless reading light is my BFFFFFF every night. I swear by this thing, going on three years and STILL going strong. Everyone in the family has one now, so good for shared bedrooms and late night readers of all ages!

Had a $50 Ulta gift card to spend. After much research, reading reviews, and cross referencing the Think Dirty app, this is the haul I brought home. The goal, as much clean beauty bang for the buck as I could get.
