Finally Friday❤️ I hope everyone is enjoying the start to their weekend. There is another blog post up (3 posts in one week, wut) about my favorite journaling exercises that have been personally meaningful and effective for me. I wrote this post because I’m a huge believer in the power of writing. I have loved writing ever since I was a little girl; it has always been very therapeutic for me. Even if you don’t see yourself as a writer, my hope is that you pick up a pen and a piece of paper, and at least try one of the exercises. Journaling will certainly not solve all of life’s problems but it is a wonderful tool to aid in the healing process. ❤️ .
