Finally Friday❤️ I hope everyone is enjoying the start to their weekend. There is another blog post up (3 posts in one week, #wut) about my favorite journaling exercises that have been personally meaningful and effective for me. I wrote this post because I’m a huge believer in the power of writing. I have loved writing ever since I was a little girl; it has always been very therapeutic for me. Even if you don’t see yourself as a writer, my hope is that you pick up a pen and a piece of paper, and at least try one of the exercises. Journaling will certainly not solve all of life’s problems but it is a wonderful tool to aid in the healing process. ❤️
