Monday // my reset day. . I laid in bed all day yesterday, didn’t workout, didn’t do much of anything, and passed out at 7pm. It was glorious & just what my soul needed😅👵🏻 . Today I’m hitting the ground running and have several goals I wanna accomplish. Physically, I want to get 10K steps in 4-5 days this week and I want to lift four days this week as well. Personally, I want to manage my stress better by getting at least seven hours of sleep three days this week, and staying off my phone more. . What is your week looking like? What are your goals?? .
