A kitchen runner rug is something I wish I had added 20 years ago. 😂 When my kids were younger and I was in my hosting era, there was NO way I would’ve put a runner in this kitchen because I was convinced it would get destroyed. Well… instead, the hardwood floor got destroyed. 🤦‍♀️😂 I originally tried an 8-foot runner, but it felt too short and the colors were too cool against the granite and backsplash. I switched to this 10-foot runner with warmer rust tones and I love how it ties the colors together, adds softness AND hides some of that floor damage.
