Café curtains are one kitchen trend I’m actually willing to try. 😂✨ I know I said I wasn’t changing my kitchen window treatments… but apparently I changed my mind. I made the Roman shades about 8 years ago and I still LOVE the Kelly Wearstler fabric, but as I’ve been styling this kitchen, I wanted this area to feel lighter and softer. These pinch-pleat café curtains were under $50 per window, let in so much more natural light and can still be closed at night for privacy. Yes, café curtains are trending — but I’ve learned there’s a big difference between experimenting with an affordable trend and committing to an expensive permanent finish. 😂 Now I need your vote… ROMAN SHADES or CAFÉ CURTAINS?
