Layered kitchen lighting can completely change how your kitchen feels. ✨ For Episode 8 of decorating my 20-year-old kitchen instead of renovating it, I’m working with the lighting I already have and adding a couple of inexpensive table lamps. I like to think about lighting in three layers: general, task and accent. And one of the easiest ways to make a kitchen feel warmer at night is to add a little accent lighting. My other tip: 2700K bulbs for that warm, soft glow. 🤎 I love turning off the overhead lights at night and just leaving the table lamps and under-cabinet lighting on.
