Tell me you’re a mom in your 30’s without telling me you’re a mom in your 30’s… I’ll go first. Seriously though… I’m obsessed! Quick breakfasts, easy snacks, meal prep?! A busy mom’s best friend, not to mention a very pregnant mom trying to grow a stash of ready to go meals in the freezer! Belgian Waffle Recipe 4 cups flour 6 tsp baking powder 1.5 tsp salt 4 tbsp sugar 6 eggs, separated 3.5 cups milk 1 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 1. Sift flour with baking powder, salt, and sugar 3 times (I alternated mixing bowls) 2. Beat egg yolks until frothy. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract. 3.
