Happy new week. Spent the weekend decluttering and cleaning and it felt good. Vacation and then sickness pushed back my workouts but I am ready to do it all again. I was talking to a friend about it, and she said you should start, I love the positivity she have, I felt motivated. So with that being said, if you are trying to do something good for yourself try these things: 1. Hang out with people who are doing the habit you want to do. 2. If there are people around you who don’t do the habit you want to do, talk to them about what you’re trying to do, and ask for their help. Ask them to support you. 3. Join a supportive community online who are doing the things you want to do. 4. Read blogs and books that inspire you to do the habit. 5. Have reminders all around you. Inspiration comes from within and from people/things around you.
