I saw this video on tiktok of an 80 year old woman who says she does handstands everyday to help with her balance, strength, and more so I thought today, I’m going to start doing them everyday too! I used to be a diver in college so handstands were basically another way I walked around 😆 but now they are so much harder! Maybe I should work up to being able to do them without the wall 🤪😆
