One of the most asked questions I have gotten since sharing I planned to hang my extra large shell platter on the wall is how to hang it. When I bought it I actually didn’t have that figured out yet. So, when I hung it over a month ago I wanted to give it some time to make sure it was super secure before I shared my technique with you. I am thankful to a follower for recommending this platter hanger. I was a bit intimidated when I first received it because the cords were tangled and I was nervous it wouldn’t support my super heavy platter. Those concerns quickly subsided as soon as I started working with it. It was easy as can be although it did require a bit of manipulation to get it to work for my particular platter - which is asymmetrical and has very thick edges. I will admit that I kept a pile of blankets laying under the hung platter for the first two weeks just to make sure it would hold! Now I can happily confirm this works great and highly recommend it! I use a slightly different product for my smaller plates and less substantial platters - so stay tuned to learn about that in another video! I’ll link the products I used in my bio or you can comment platter and I’ll send you the link directly! housebeautiful southernliving myhousebeautiful traditionalwithatwist southernhome traditionalhome chinoiseriechic sodomino southernhomemag betterhomesandgardens dominomag bhgstylemaker mytradhome moderntraditional southerncharm southernstyle interiorstylingideas classicdecor hgtvmagazine hgtvhome ighomes interiordecoratingideas stylishhomevibes graciouslivingstyle colormakesmehappy colorismyjam bhgcolor boldcolor colorfuldecor platewall
