What changed? 

Not so much physically but MENTALLY 🤌

Well. I was an era girl through and through. 

I’d go in waves of being consistent. Whether it was with making a smoothie every day or having my greens. I’d do it for a month then it’d fizzle. 

I’d tell myself I’d walk a mile every day and didn’t do it for more than a month. 

For me a large factor was my mindset change from “What can I do to get by” to “what extra ounce of energy do I deserve to give.”

🫶🏼 This transferred to every aspect of my life! 

I felt good about how so was moving. 

I felt good about myself. Confidence followed 💌💌

This is me giving you permission to be selfish! Do something for you girl 💞💞

😊 It wasn’t until I stopped chasing quick results and started focusing on a lifestyle that worked for me that I saw real transformation.

A lil bit about me! 

I’m 23 years old! I live in Atlanta, GA and graduated from the University of South Carolina in May with a marketing and data analytics major and graphic design minor! I now work the typical corporate 8 to 5 account management job. Up until 15 years old, the only word I used to describe myself was “sporty.” I grew up just outside of Chicago playing every sport under the sun - tennis, soccer, basketball, softball, swim - you name it! In highschool I focused on volleyball and track and field. High jump quickly became my whole life! I was on the track for the college athlete life until life (aka my shins) had other plans… 

So here we are! An energetic as could be, passionate about all things wellness and excited by all things active girl!
