Iโd tell myself Iโd walk a mile every day and didnโt do it for more than a month. For me a large factor was my mindset change from โWhat can I do to get byโ to โwhat extra ounce of energy do I deserve to give.โ ๐ซถ๐ผ This transferred to every aspect of my life! I felt good about how so was moving. I felt good about myself. Confidence followed ๐๐ This is me giving you permission to be selfish!
