I’d go in waves of being consistent. Whether it was with making a smoothie every day or having my greens. I’d do it for a month then it’d fizzle. I’d tell myself I’d walk a mile every day and didn’t do it for more than a month. For me a large factor was my mindset change from “What can I do to get by” to “what extra ounce of energy do I deserve to give.” 🫶🏼 This transferred to every aspect of my life! I felt good about how so was moving. I felt good about myself. Confidence followed 💌💌 This is me giving you permission to be selfish!
