I tried walking with a weighted vest and taking p*p🌊s for 30 days and here’s what happened… 😳🔥

💪 More motivated to walk! The extra weight helps burn more calories, and I feel way more accomplished + I blow through my 10K steps a day goal! 🚶‍♀️✨

🔥 I feel my whole body engaged... HELLO abs, back, and booty all working with each step! 🍑💥

💯 I recover and feel stronger than ever, and I’m almost never sore. Thank you p*ps! 🙌💊

Want to level up your fitness routine too? 🤩

💌 Comment “VEST” for the link to my Amazon weighted vest and my all-natural p*ps! Let’s do this together! 💯🚀

#sundayreset #healthybyheatherbrown

I’ve been saying it for a while now… p*ps are having a moment. 👀

But I think the bigger conversation is understanding that not all peps are the same, and knowing what you’re actually choosing.

For me, I wasn’t looking for another extreme approach.

I wanted something simple that could fit alongside the things I was already doing:
lifting
walking
prioritizing protein
sleeping well
taking care of my body for the long game

That’s what made the natural p*p route interesting to me.

And after seeing my own progress + watching so many other women stay consistent with their routines, I’m even more convinced that supporting the body while you’re already doing the work can matter.

No magic wand.
No replacing the basics.
Just another tool in the toolbox.

If you’ve been watching all the p*p talk and wondering what I personally use, what’s in my stack, and where I’d start…
Comment INFO and I’ll send you the details. ❤️

Comment BEAUTY & I’ll send you exactly what I’ve been using + all the details on the new Beauty by MAKE system! 👀💕

The beauty industry is about to learn what the wellness industry already knows. 😮‍💨

A year ago, most people in my world had probably never heard me talk about p*pt!des.

And honestly? Neither had I until I started paying attention to what they could mean for the way I support my body, my workouts, my recovery and how I want to feel.

Then y’all watched that journey right along with me.

And now we’re taking that SAME conversation somewhere I did not expect...
SKINCARE. 🤯

You already know, I want to age WELL. I want to steward the body God has gifted me with. I want healthy-looking, hydrated skin. I want to feel good without needing a bathroom counter covered in 47 different products. 😂

That’s what made Beauty by MAKE so interesting to me.

It’s an inside + outside system with an internal Beauty ppt!de + two advanced topical ppt!de formulas designed to work together as one simple skincare routine.

And after getting to test it myself AND watching the before + afters start rolling in...

I’m sorry. WHAT?! 😳

This doesn’t feel like a wellness company randomly deciding, “Hey, let’s sell skincare.”

This feels like taking something we’ve already watched create an entirely new conversation in wellness and asking...

what happens when we bring it into beauty? 👀

And I have a feeling we’re about to find out.

Comment BEAUTY and I’ll send you all the details.

And if you’re reading this with a business brain too... girl, I’d be paying attention. 👀

Simple habits add up👟
Walking 10K steps a day is one of the easiest ways to stay active, clear your mind, and support your overall routine. This is something The Sunday Reset builds into a realistic, balanced lifestyle.

I come at this as a humble sinner. ❤️ These are questions I’ve been wrestling with over the last several years. These questions ask us to examine the one thing that’s hardest for all of us:

3 ingredients + basically impossible to mess up = my kind of dessert. 😂🍦

Made this with my little taste tester and it could NOT be easier. Save it for your next birthday, cookout or “Mom, we need dessert” moment. 🤍 One of my boys specifically requested this for his birthday and it's now going on my "I don't like to bake or cook but this still makes me look like a winner rotation." 😉

3-Ingredient Ice Cream Cake
🍦 Ice cream sandwiches
🤍 Whipped topping of choice
🍪Chocolate sandwich cookies — I used a cleaner-ingredient option (or use your fave candy bar etc)
Optional: chocolate syrup

Layer it lasagna-style: ice cream sandwiches → whipped topping → crushed cookies. Repeat. Freeze until ready to serve + DONE. 🙌

And you can easily lighten this one up by choosing lower-sugar ice cream sandwiches + a lighter/cleaner whipped topping and cookies.

SAVE this to make!

You don’t need more motivation. You need rhythms that carry you when motivation disappears. 😅

Comment BEAUTY & I’ll send you exactly what I’m using because apparently at 40 I have decided we are NOT going quietly into the skincare aisle. 😂

I basically lit my skincare drawer on fire and started over.

Okay not literally. 😅 But I was DONE collecting 47 different products, layering all the things, and still wondering what was actually making a difference.

I wanted SIMPLE.

Something working from the inside + something targeted on the outside.
And y’all… I have become a little obsessed. 👀

I’ve been drinking the Beauty pept!de daily + using the two topicals, and the changes I’ve seen in my own skin are what made me go from okayyyy convince me to telling every girlfriend I have about this.

And now the before + afters are starting to come in from other women and I’m like… I’M SORRY, WHAT?! 😳

I’m 40. I’m not trying to erase every line on my face or look 22 again. I just want my skin to look healthy, clear, glowy and like maybe I drink my water and mind my business. 😂

This inside + outside approach just makes SO much sense to me.
And the best part? THREE things.
One drink. Two topicals. Done.
No 11-step routine. No bathroom counter that looks like Sephora exploded on it.

Comment BEAUTY and I’ll send you the link + exactly what I’m using. 💕
And yes… after seeing these results, the “baby’s butt skin” goal stands. 😂

Comment BEAUTY & I'll send you the link that launched officially TODAY and has a high sell out risk! 🚨

I’m sorry... WHAT?! 😳 Swipe to see the skin results that have me absolutely SHOOK.

At 40, I’m not trying to look 25. I want to age WELL. But I also want clearer, healthier-looking skin, fewer breakouts, and to actually feel GOOD when I look in the mirror.

And y’all... my own before + afters are why I cannot stop talking about this. I’ve been testing MAKE’s new Beauty pept!de + skincare before launch, and seeing the difference in MY skin made me pay attention FAST. 👀

This is what I love about the pep conversation: it’s not just about adding another anti-aging cream to an already crowded bathroom counter. I’m interested in supporting healthy-looking skin from the inside out AND having a simple topical routine that supports it from the outside.

And today is DAY ONE. 🔥 If you’ve been watching my skin journey—or you just looked at those before + afters and thought OKAY I NEED DETAILS—this is your sign to look now because I would not be surprised if this sells out.

Comment BEAUTY and I’ll send you exactly what I’ve been using + the launch details. 💕

Because the proof for me is literally on my face.😳

#SundayReset #HealthyByHeatherBrown Mind Body Spirit Health | Biblical Health | Millennial Mom

The 1 thing most women get wrong? 👇🏻

They see the scale go up 3 pounds and immediately assume it's fat. 😩

Friend, give yourself some grace.

Most of the time it's not a fat problem. The culprit is usually one of these things...

Stress.
Inflammation.
Poor sleep.
PMS.
Travel.
Constipation.
Hydration.
Hormones.

The scale is often measuring symptoms...not the root cause.

That's one reason I love the Sunday Reset. Every week it gives me a chance to zoom out and ask:

💛 Am I hydrated?
💛 Am I sleeping?
💛 Am I nourishing my body?
💛 Am I managing stress?
💛 Am I spending time with God?

Because when you support the system, the symptoms often improve. 😉

That's also why p*p🌊s have become part of my Sunday Reset routine. Along with protein, movement, hydration, and rest, they're one more tool helping me support my body from the inside out.

Comment INFO and I'll send you my favorites plus the details on how I use them. 💛

Maybe people aren't looking for another hack. Maybe we're hungry for TRUTH. ❤️

The Bible isn't just meant to change what we believe; it changes how we live, love, rest, parent, steward our health, and show up in our homes.

That's a huge heartbeat behind The Sunday Reset: connecting the dots between our faith and the way we actually live Monday through Saturday.

So while Bible sales are surging, here's the question I'm asking myself:

Am I just owning one... or am I opening it and letting it change me?👀

Tell me below: What book of the Bible are you reading right now? 👇

AND if you don't know where to start, try starting in the Psalms. ❤️

Comment BEAUTY for the full scoop!💋

I definitely don’t think every new product = some giant business moment. 😂

But this one has me paying attention.

I got to recognize something different about MAKE early once.

And now I’m watching the doors open to an entirely new group of women who may have never cared about what we were doing in wellness... but they absolutely care about beauty.

That’s the part I can’t stop thinking about. 👀

I’ve spent the last 60 days testing this for myself. I’ve watched the experiences coming out of our testing group. I’ve gotten to see what’s been happening behind the scenes.

And now we’re DAYS away from everyone else getting to see it too.

So yes, I’m excited about the skincare. 😂 Very excited.

But I’m equally excited about the woman reading this who has been watching what I’ve built and thinking...

“Maybe someday.”

Maybe this is your someday.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’d do with it yet. You don’t need a huge audience. And you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out.

You can just come take a look before everybody is talking about it.

BEAUTY launches Monday. 🤎

Want the product details?
Want to know why my business brain is going crazy?
Want both? 😂

Comment BEAUTY and I’ll get you the scoop.

Consistency starts with preparation!💕
The Sunday Reset breaks down how planning your meals ahead of time can simplify your week, support your health goals, and eliminate daily decision fatigue.

#LTKfitnessgoals #LTKmomlife #LTKselfcare

As a Christian health coach, one of the simplest things I do each week during my Sunday Reset is prep for success before Monday ever gets here. 💛

That includes filling my water bottle with what my body actually need...not just more caffeine. 😅

Hydration, minerals, p*p🌊s, movement, rest, time with God, and a plan for the week ahead may not be flashy, but they're some of the most powerful tools for supporting energy, reducing bloat, and helping you feel your best.

I've learned that most women don't need another extreme plan. They need a reset.

A chance to pause, refocus, and get intentional about caring for their mind, body, and spirit. That's exactly why I created my 5-Day Faith-Based Detox.

💛 Comment DETOX and I'll send you the free 5 day detox guide guide and shopping list!

#sundayreset #healthybyheatherbrown

Somewhere along the way, we made “healthy” really expensive. 👀

But some of the most powerful ways to support your health don't come with a subscription, supplement, or price tag.

Morning sunlight. ☀️
Walking.
Going to bed on time.
Bare feet in the grass.
Eating more of what God created for food and less of what man created.
Putting the phone down.
Eating dinner with your family.
Prayer.
Rest.

As a Christian Health Coach, one of the biggest things I want women to understand is this: God designed our bodies with rhythms and so many of the foundations of health have been available to us all along.

That's a huge heartbeat behind The Sunday Reset: before we add MORE, let's get really good at stewarding the simple things we've already been given.

Healthy doesn't have to mean expensive although y'all know I love some of my boujie wellness tools, ha! 😜

Sometimes it looks a whole lot like returning to God's design. 💛

Which FREE health habit would make the biggest difference in your life right now? 👇

#SundayReset #HealthyByHeatherBrown Mind Body Spirit Health | Biblical Health | Millennial Mom

I know most people don't think before they speak... but how do y'all feel about comments like these? 😅

One thing I've learned as I've gotten older is that friendships don't just happen anymore.

If we want community, we have to make room for it. That's actually why connection is one of the six pillars of my Sunday Reset. Because healthy living isn't just about protein, workouts, and meal plans. It's also about the people you're doing life with. 💛

So consider this your reminder to schedule the girls' night. 😉

Plan the coffee date.
Book the dinner.
Send the text,
If it's important, put it on the calendar.

💛 Comment RESET and I'll send you some of my favorite Sunday Reset resources to help you intentionally plan your week, including time for the people who matter most.

Funny how we're quick to try the next fad... but hesitate to try something because of what people might think.

That's almost what happened to me.

#SundayReset #HealthyByHeatherBrown Mind Body Spirit Health | Biblical Health | Millennial Mom

Here’s the problem...👇🏻

Too many people (gulp...especially Christians) view healthy living as JUST vanity & weight loss! 🙊

But it’s soooo much more! We are caring for the temple God gave us, a home for the Holy Spirit. 🤯

One thing I unpack a lot in my book The Sunday Reset is how so many in the church think that you shouldn’t be so focused on your physical health... & somehow think it has NOTHING to do with your overall wellbeing (mind body AND spirit!)

But yet at the same time, those same believers are focused on & struggling with preventable disease, cardiac issues, being able to keep up with their kids, diabetes, obesity or being malnourished, body image, lack of confidence, lack of energy, addiction, opting for short cuts in their health that actually waste AWAY their muscle with fat & have many side effects. 😫😫😫

If you’re worried about those extra 15 pounds you’re hanging on to but you’re not worried about addressing the constant cycle of anxiety you’re stuck in, isolation from Biblical community, or “never having time for God’s Word”, there’s some space to grow deeper here too. And yes, I still struggle daily as well! #humanprobs 🥴 Thank you Jesus that your mercies are new every morning!!

➕ Hit that follow button @healthybyheatherbrown & I would love to encourage you towards your HEALTHIEST year yet in every aspect of your life! Comment RESET and let's do this together!

Putting on my ankle socks before the workout so Gen Z knows it's an elder millennial doing double unders next to them. 😂💀

Listen...

You can take my side part.
You can take my skinny jeans.
You can even make fun of my emoji usage. 😘

But the ankle socks are staying.

And honestly? So is the strength training.

Because while trends come and go, building muscle, staying active, and taking care of your health never goes out of style. 💪🏼

At this point, my goal isn't to look 20. It's to be strong enough to enjoy the next 20 years.

Any other millennial moms still proudly wearing ankle socks? 🙋🏻‍♀️😂

Before anyone panics, the eye patches are NOT getting fired. 😆

Neither is my skincare.
But the older I get, the more I realize skin health isn't only about what I put ON my skin.
Give me the moisturizer.
Give me the eye patches.
Give me the SPF.

But I'm also interested in beauty from within and supporting my body underneath all the things sitting on my bathroom counter.
Because I'm not chasing perfect skin.

I want healthy, glowing skin as I age and I want to take good care of the body God gave me along the way. 🤍

So when MAKE launched its new beauty peptide, my ears perked alllll the way up.
And this little addition is officially joining the routine. 👀
