Just got this floral midi dress from Loft this week. It’s the perfect fall transitional piece with the length of the sleeve and dress, along with the darker floral pattern.

I paired it with some classic Frye harness boots for a bit of a cowgirl vibe. Which also feels appropriate for October.

I’ve been using this cervical neck pillow for the past few months after I woke up with severe neck pain after sleeping one day.

It’s been really helpful for me because it’s designed to keep things in alignment whether you sleep on your back, stomach, or side. I don’t think the pillow I was using previously had enough support and was actually too big and poofy for how I sleep.

It looks weird, but this works for me. So hopefully it will work for you too if you struggle with a periodic stiff neck as well.

I have been using a white noise machine to help me sleep because perimenopause has got me all messed up! I haven’t slept since my son was born basically. And that was 10 years ago now. 😬

If you also have trouble falling or staying asleep, a white noise machine can help drown out noise and calm you down to improve your sleep.

Worth a try if you struggle like me. It works for kids and babies too!

One thing I do is steam my outfit every morning before getting dressed. Which means a high quality garment steamer is an absolute MUST. #gifted
