Because I actually like the workouts and I don’t feel like garbage the rest of the day like I would when I used to take our long Boot Camp classes or train for marathons. As a mom of three young kids, I need energy on the weekends. 30 minute workouts are really all you need to improve your body composition or maintain muscle mass.
