I tend to hunch my shoulders forward, and so this has been really help correct my posture. 2ļøā£Increased Calorie Burn- I burn more calories while walking with a weighted vest, which has in turn helped accelerate my weight loss. I wear a 20 pound vest, but Iām thinking about increasing it to 30 pounds next month. (The recommendation is 5-20% of your body weight) 3ļøā£Increased Core Strength- My core is getting so much stronger now that Iām wearing my weighted vest.
