If you’re looking for a new night cream, I have to recommend this Midnight Cream and Midnight Eye Cream by L’Oreal. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and absolutely love it.

This might be one of my favorite fall DIYs. 🍂 These succulent Cinderella pumpkins are so easy to make, last all season long, and make a beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece.

The best part? There’s no cutting into the pumpkin, and when the season is over, you can replant the succulents and keep enjoying them.

Make one on your own, or grab some friends, pour something festive, and turn it into a fall girls’ night. 🍷🎃

Apple crisp just smells like September to me. 🍎🍂 Maybe it’s because we always have tons of apples this time of year, and this is one of those recipes I make every fall. It’s easy, delicious, and makes the entire house smell SO good.

Here’s what you need:

• 4 cups apples, peeled & chopped
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Topping
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup oats
• ¾ tsp cinnamon
• ¾ tsp nutmeg
• ⅓ cup butter, softened

How to make it:
• Toss the apples with cinnamon and lemon juice, then add them to a greased baking dish.
• Mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
• Add the softened butter and use a pastry cutter, or just your hands, to mix until you have coarse crumbs.
• Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
• Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown.

That’s it! Super simple and absolutely delicious… especially warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 😋

Comment APPLE and I’ll send you the full recipe, or you can find it at the link in my bio.

Packing for Peru is a little different than packing for most trips.

You’ll likely experience everything from cool mountain mornings to hot, humid days in the Amazon, so packing smart makes all the difference.

We spent two weeks exploring Peru with nothing but carry-ons, and this is exactly what worked for us (plus a few things I’d leave at home next time).

Save this for your Peru trip, and if you want my free printable packing list, comment Pack and I’ll Dm it to you. You’ll also find it in the link in my bio. #perutravel #packinglist #traveltipsandtricks #carryononly #peru

After putting together my Italy packing list, I had so much fun creating it that I decided to make packing guides for even more destinations we’ve visited. I hope they make planning your next adventure just a little bit easier. ❤️

Italy Packing Checklist (Carry-On Only!) 🇮🇹✈️

One of the questions I get asked a lot is how I fit everything into just a carry-on. After several family trips to Europe and beyond (and plenty of trial and error), I’ve learned that packing light is the only way to travel.

For every trip, I put together a packing list for myself and my kids, so I figured I’d start sharing these lists with you, too.

This first packing list includes everything I packed in my carry-on for two weeks in Italy. 🇮🇹 The best part? There was still plenty of room left for shopping! 🛍️

If you’d like the complete list, including my FREE printable packing checklist, you’ll find it over on the blog. Link in my bio.

And yes... as I get ready for Peru, I’m once again trying to fit everything into just a carry-on and backpack. 😅 I’ll be sharing that packing list soon, too!

These shoes worked so well during our trip to Japan last summer that I just bought them again, but this time in black. Seriously we walked anywhere from 25 to 30,000 steps a day and I had no problems. If you’re looking for walking shoes, I can’t recommend these enough.

Wai’anapanapa State Park is hands down one of the most iconic stops on the Road to Hana. Once you see it, you’ll understand why.

This was a total bucket list moment for me. That black sand beach against the bright turquoise water? Even more stunning in real life.

Just a heads up, this is one stop you have to plan ahead for. Reservations are required and they don’t offer same-day entry, so be sure to book in advance!

It’s one of those places that feels a little wild, a little magical, and completely unforgettable.

Save this for your Maui itinerary. You won’t want to miss it. You can find more unforgettable and must see stops along the Road to Hana over on the blog. Link in bio. #blacksandbeach #blacksandbeachmaui #waianapanapa #roadtohana #mauitravel

I actually didn’t intend for my swimsuit to match the sand that day. I guess it was just serendipity.
