Apple crisp just smells like September to me. šš Maybe itās because we always have tons of apples this time of year, and this is one of those recipes I make every fall. Itās easy, delicious, and makes the entire house smell SO good. Hereās what you need: ⢠4 cups apples, peeled & chopped ⢠¾ tsp cinnamon ⢠1 tbsp lemon juice Topping ⢠¾ cup packed brown sugar ⢠½ cup flour ⢠½ cup oats ⢠¾ tsp cinnamon ⢠¾ tsp nutmeg ⢠ā cup butter, softened How to make it: ⢠Toss the apples with cinnamon and lemon juice, then add them to a greased baking dish. ⢠Mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg. ⢠Add the softened butter and use a pastry cutter, or just your hands, to mix until you have coarse crumbs. ⢠Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples. ⢠Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown. Thatās it! Super simple and absolutely delicious⦠especially warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. š Comment APPLE and Iāll send you the full recipe, or you can find it at the link in my bio. #applecrisp #applecrisprecipe #fallrecipes #fallvibes #easyrecipes
