Hostess Bootcamp, Episode 4 Where do you put the food? (One of my most commonly asked questions!) What is your preference? Option 1: Serve buffet style in the kitchen or on a buffet table. Option 2: Intentionally leave blank spaces on your table centerpiece for each dish when the food is ready to be served. You can also place each dish on the table with a note inside each one noting what you plan to serve in the dish so that you don’t forget anything. Plan ahead and do this a day or two before!
