Ingredients: 2 garlic Boursin cheese packages 2 large white onions 4-6 slices cooked, chopped bacon Extra virgin olive oil 1 T butter Salt Red bell pepper (for ribbon) Kale (for bow) Instructions: Place 1 Boursin puck in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. After freezing, cut in half so you have 2 even pieces. Using 2 different sized cookie cutters, cut each into smaller circles. Assemble your present. Stack using one whole puck as the base. Cut red bell pepper into thin strips for the ribbon and add to each layer. Top with kale for the bow. Add caramelized onions around the base of the present. Top with bacon and enjoy!
