How fun are these edible chocolate shot glasses for Valentine’s Day?

I used:
Strawberry @baileysofficial
@ghirardelli melting wafers
@reddiwip

Simply melt chocolate, pour into mold and tap on the counter to release any bubbles. Allow chocolate to harden and gently pop out of the mold. Fill with shot of choice and top with whipped cream. Garnish with a strawberry heart for that extra wow factor.

Appetizers that Sleigh, Episode 2

How cute is this cheeseball present for the holidays?! Dazzle your guests or take to your next party!

Ingredients:
2 garlic Boursin cheese packages
2 large white onions
4-6 slices cooked, chopped bacon
Extra virgin olive oil
1 T butter
Salt
Red bell pepper (for ribbon)
Kale (for bow)

Instructions:
Place 1 Boursin puck in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. After freezing, cut in half so you have 2 even pieces. Using 2 different sized cookie cutters, cut each into smaller circles.

Assemble your present. Stack using one whole puck as the base. Cut red bell pepper into thin strips for the ribbon and add to each layer. Top with kale for the bow.

Add caramelized onions around the base of the present. Top with bacon and enjoy! Serve with crackers or baguette and enjoy!

Where do you put the food? (One of my most commonly asked questions!)
What is your preference?

Option 1:
Serve buffet style in the kitchen or on a buffet table.

Option 2:
Intentionally leave blank spaces on your table centerpiece for each dish when the food is ready to be served.

You can also place each dish on the table with a note inside each one noting what you plan to serve in the dish so that you don’t forget anything. Plan ahead and do this a day or two before!

Spoiler: there is no wrong answer - just personal preference.
