Hey mamas! if you have a toddler like myself, then you already know the struggle and anxiety that comes with eating. My bebe is 17 months. He's a great eater, with a big appetite, but there are days when he doesn't eat so well. I want to ensure he's still getting fed and meets his daily requirements, so I supplement him with @elsenutrition. I've been using Else for about 3 years now. I started with my firstborn, and it's an amazing product. This is NOT a sponsored post, just my honest opinion to help any natural-minded mama out there struggling, who wants a brand and product they can trust that's clean, non-formula, and made with wholesome ingredients. DISCLAIMER **I'm not here to bash mamas who do choose to use formula either, let me make that clear..this is purely for educational purposes to share another alternative) Else is an organic, plant-based, nutrition drink, free of gluten, soy, dairy, corn syrup & heavy metals. It's pediatrician & nutritionist recommended, and as a nutritionist myself, I highly agree. It is minimally processed and nutrient-dense with whole foods, providing a holistic approach to your child's nutrition with ingredients such as almonds, buckwheat, and tapioca. As far as taste goes, I'm gonna be honest, it's not the best, but it's not bad either. More on the neutral side for me, and I get it because of all the natural ingredients and minimal amounts of sugar etc. Four scoops are required to make my toddler's drink, so I add 3 scoops first, then on the 4th scoop, I substitute with my girl Keaira Lashae's vegan protein powder- buttercream cupcake flavor from her brand @justmovesupplements Let me tell you, what a game-changer that has been for the taste. That buttercream cupcake flavor is amazing and her brand is just as clean and wholesome with no nasty ingredients, so it's a win-win situation. You can make the drink with water, but we use @chobani oat milk - it's creamier and more delicious. I feel confident knowing that my toddler is getting the nutrition that he needs and there's finally an alternative for us natural, wholistic mamas. toddlernutrition toddlerfoodideas elsenutrition healthykidsmeal plantbasedkids
