MY NIGHTLY TREATMENT ROTATION: • Tretinoin about 3–4 nights a week • Glycolic/exfoliation night • Hydration/barrier-repair nights as needed
MY WEEKLY EXTRAS: • Omnilux red light about 4x a week • ZIIP microcurrent • microneedling every 6 weeks • Growth-factor/collagen-support serum after needling • Dermaplaning as needed • Collagen/hydrating masks

☀️ MY FAVORITE SUNSCREENS: • Tinted mineral SPF with iron oxides — especially important for me bc visible light can trigger melasma (linked)

🏋🏼‍♀️ MY WEEKLY WORKOUTS:
• HIIT class 3 days a week • After my HIIT classes, I do 30–45 minutes of incline treadmill walking — usually around a 10–12 incline • Wednesdays are walking only — 30–45 minutes on the incline treadmill • Hot Pilates 1 day a week • I take the weekends completely off

I ordered the Gucci jacket in a 42. I love my outerwear super oversized. Mind you on tall though. It’s already oversized. The Pucci top is one size fits all. definitely size down in the jeans.
