I’m loving you this new top I got from Aritzia. It’s the perfect top to throw when I’m going to the gym and with it not being so cold out in the morning. I love that it looks elevated, but it’s super comfortable. I also love the drop waist. I’m wearing a medium.

Here’s exactly how I do it 👇

(I start by double cleansing my face and then doing my skin flooding. I linked my favorite products for skin flooding. I usually use two toners and three essences)

Step 1 — Skin stamping
Once a week I use a very shallow depth stamp. I’m not doing this for collagen like professional microneedling — I do it to help my skincare penetrate better.

Step 2 — Growth factors
Right after stamping I apply growth factors. These help support the skin’s repair process and are amazing for helping skin look healthier and more radiant over time.

Step 3 — Calm the skin
I lightly mist my skin with a calming B5 spray. This helps reduce redness and irritation after the treatment.

Step 4 — Barrier repair
Next I apply a thick ceramide cream. After stamping your skin barrier needs support, and ceramides help lock in hydration and protect the skin while it heals.

Step 5 — Extra hydration
I like to add a barrier mist like the Aestura before I apply the collagen mask.

Step 6 — Overnight collagen mask
The final step is a collagen wrapping mask that seals everything in overnight. This is what gives me that really plump, glassy skin by morning!!

*The eyelash serum I applied is free from prostaglandins (hormones).

In my reel I shared 8 things that make a woman magnetic after 40.

Here are some of the things I personally use that support each of them in real life:

1. Confidence in her age
Honestly, this comes from feeling good in your own skin. For me that means keeping up with the skincare and treatments that help me feel like the best version of myself.

2. She takes care of herself

Ladies, don’t sleep on creatine!!! It isn’t just for muscle — it’s actually for your brain and overall energy too.
•Most of the creatine you take goes straight to your muscles, which is why the old recommendation was 3–5 grams a day.
•But your brain also uses creatine for energy, and women tend to have lower creatine stores, especially as we get older.

Out of all the beauty treatments I’ve tried, here are the 10 I would actually keep.

1. Fractionated CoolPeel
A gentle CO2 laser that resurfaces the skin and boosts collagen with minimal downtime—helps soften fine lines and improve texture.

2. Lip Lift
Shortens the space between the nose and lip, which makes the lips look fuller and the face more youthful.

3. Lip Filler (½ syringe every other year)
A small amount restores volume and smooths lip lines without looking overfilled.

4. Microneedling with PDGF (in office)
A deeper treatment that stimulates serious collagen production. PDGF growth factors help the skin repair thicker, healthier, and more youthful.

5. At-home microneedling
A more shallow treatment I do for maintenance between my in-office microneedling with PDGF to help keep collagen production going. I use the Dr. Pen M8 (can’t link) and the hyaluronic acid (the individually wrapped ones)for slip. I apply the calecim or biopelle 40 growth factors immediately after.

6. Skin stamping with growth factors
A gentle weekly treatment I do at .25 depth mainly to help my growth factors absorb better and keep my skin looking smooth and hydrated. I will use the calecim or biopelle

7. IPL (don’t forget chest + hands)
Targets sunspots, redness, and broken capillaries to make skin look clearer and more even.

8. Botox / Dysport
Relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines and helps prevent deeper wrinkles from forming.

9. Skin flooding
Layering hydrating products like toners and essences (I usually do 2 toners and 3 essences back to back morning and night)onto slightly damp skin to deeply saturate the skin with moisture.

10. Tretinoin
The gold standard for anti-aging—boosts collagen, speeds up cell turnover, and improves fine lines, texture, and overall skin quality. I use the la roche posay b5 balm as my final step when using tretinoin to help with irritation.

I actually don’t mind it in a medium. Now I want it in different colors! It’s such a great price point too. I love the dramatic shoulders!
