I got tired of my tight/ weak hips holding me back! Doing these stretches before & after every leg day, & these hip flexor exercises I’ve had less stiffness in my lower back, increased range of motion when lifting & I don’t walk like a cartoon character 😅 I love lifting weights & strength training 💪🏽 but we can’t forget about functional training! The little muscles we don’t support the big muscles we focus on!
