On Wednesdays we wear pink & barbell cycle! 💖🏋🏽♀️ To barbell cycle do 5 reps of 5 different exercises (yes, I did 6 🙃) without putting the bar down It’s a great full body workout & you can remix it with whatever moves you want! This barbell cycle: 5️⃣ Deadlifts 5️⃣ Hang Cleans 5️⃣ Push Press 5️⃣ Back Squats 5️⃣ Good Mornings 5️⃣ Bent Rows The goal is 10 rounds in 30mins or less, so the weight should NOT be heavy!
