omg yalll this buffalo chicken dip was sooooo litty titty- made this yesterday afternoon for an after school snack 🤤

Brady is obsessed with buffalo chicken dip but I’ve been testing out the healthier recipes for it and this one was a winner that will be repeated.

2 c cottage cheese
Rotisserie chicken chopped up (I just used the whole thing)
1/4 franks buffalo sauce
1/2 c cheddar cheese
recipie measurements are as follows, but I just eye it. I never measure lol
1/4 Dill weed
1/4 Parsley
Black Pepper
1/2 Onion powder
1/2 Garlic powder

Bake at 350 for 20 mins

We all love no bake cookies but Gunner really loves them and he helped make this batch 🍫🤎

Btw this batch is way darker bc we spilled a lot of cocoa powder literally everywhere lol

this recipie is nothing new or unusual but here’s the one I use :)
3 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c butter
1/2 c whole milk
1 to 2 ish tb vanilla
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c peanut butter
2 c sugar
Pinch salt

last nights supper - Mississippi Pot Roast

crockpot season is upon us friends 🫶

making my favorite crockpot roast recipie:(to date)
chuck roast
jar of pepperchinis (sp?) lol
Ranch seasoning packet
Au jus gravy seasoning packet
Splash of water (like 1/4 c)
1/2 stick butter on top to melt into the meat
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 5-6

About halfway through or so I’ll add carrots and tators. Today I’m not adding the potato bc the crowd is wants mashed potatoes. And mashed potatoes and pot roast was always one of my papas favorites and today his his birthday from the heavens. 🙏
So, today we have mashed potatoes with the roast and ill be having a couple coors in my tumbler 🍺

ok so these are not the most aesthetically pleasing looking cookie but they are literally like crack! 🤤🤤🤤
No bake cookies were obviously a huge hit, there’s only a couple left lol it has been forever since I made them and it was so worth it!

Recipie:
2 c sugar
1/2 c whole milk
1/2 c butter
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 c old fashioned oats

Tried something new tonigh with the kiddos!
It’s a company called Fruit Riot and they make frozen fruit rolled in a sugar coating and they’re delicious. We tried grapes, mangoes and pineapples. They were so good!
The mango and pineapple was everyone’s favorite ;) not on ltk but def wanted to share. This was so fun doing with the boys 💙

Celebrating the season with my youngest… Gunner 💕

He has a sweet tooth and loves to bake and cook so last week we made lots of Valentine’s Day themed treats and during the intermissions he shot basketball while i squeezed in workouts 💪

Thankful for expanding my workout knowledge through @theburnapp. Since using that I’ve picked up some new favorite exercises that I can quickly pop out while my kids play and we wait on dinner or the treats in the oven 😁

Just got back from working out and needed my favorite go to snack (or breakfast)… my berry bowls 🫶
Genuinely obsessed with raspberries and a few of those big hard blueberries sprinkled in cinnamon with a scoop of strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt a dash of chia seeds and some coconut granola! Literally been eating these for years on and off but I’m back on bc I always feel my best when I eat the way I want and my body enjoys/craves :)

Tried this Krusteaz pancake mix with protein to make the boys breakfast favorites a little healthier and it’s actually really good! Both boys gobbled them up and snacked on the leftovers as little handheld snacks walking by :)

I’m definitely going to buy this mix again next time I go back to the grocery.

I use my hexclad frying pan literally every day. I’m obsessed with it! It’s super easy to clean and nothing sticks. Plus it’s super durable like I feel like this thing would last through the apocalypse.
