Yoga sequencing will forever live better in a notebook for me than in my phone notes. Writing out class themes, transitions, playlists, and little reminders by hand helps everything stick in my head so much more deeply. I also love using notebooks with positive affirmations on the cover because it feels like part of the practice too… grounding, inspiring, and intentional before class even begins.
