Today’s outfit started with these new Victoria’s Secret tanks that instantly reminded me of my ballerina days. The ruched detail gives such leotard vibes, today I wore the leopard, tomorrow will prob wear the black.

Yoga sequencing will forever live better in a notebook for me than in my phone notes. Writing out class themes, transitions, playlists, and little reminders by hand helps everything stick in my head so much more deeply. I also love using notebooks with positive affirmations on the cover because it feels like part of the practice too… grounding, inspiring, and intentional before class even begins. One of my favorite rituals as a teacher.

The Sound Healing Ritual I Always Use Before Savasana

One thing I’ve started doing before savasana is playing a singing bowl while everyone settles in. It creates such a calming shift in the room and honestly helps ground me too before the final rest. My students always mention how much they love it after class and now it’s become one of my favorite rituals to share during my yoga classes.
