Today’s outfit started with these new Victoria’s Secret tanks that instantly reminded me of my ballerina days. The ruched detail gives such leotard vibes, today I wore the leopard, tomorrow will prob wear the black.

Then it’s time to prep at home and the studio… playlists, crystal singing bowls, lights, room spray, a little makeup, and getting everything ready before welcoming students in. My favorite part is watching the studio come to life, then checking everyone in before ending another class together. ✨

currently in my sound bowl era

there’s something about integrating sound healing into practice that shifts the entire atmosphere of a class. the space feels slower, more intentional, and deeply grounded. using a singing bowl after movement or at the end of savasana creates a moment where everything softens at once. breath, thoughts, and energy all settle into the same rhythm.

this has become a grounding part of my teaching rhythm lately, especially when I’m guiding students through mindful movement and nervous system reset work. the vibration of the bowl doesn’t just end class, it lingers in the room in a way that feels almost like an exhale you can hear.

it’s less about doing and more about allowing. allowing stillness to land. allowing the body to absorb the practice. allowing students to transition back into their day feeling more connected and regulated.
