Another spring must — sprouts and micro greens 💚 I recently purchased a sprouting kit so I can grow sprouts to add to my meals. Sprouts have so many health benefits, which being autoimmune is so important for me, including reducing inflammation, reducing bad cholesterol, improving gut health, cancer fighting… the list goes on.
