The summer I began preserving food 🍅 I’m new to canning and freeze drying (we have started doing both in our home) after we became so tired of the crap put into food at the grocery stores. I wasn’t taught how to do canning, so I’m really loving my water bath canner! It has sensors to truly “set it and forget it” and it takes a lot of the scary parts out by automating the process.
