A new addition to my wellness library 📖 I think what I appreciate most about this book (which was developed in the UK by a naturopath, herbal practitioner, cosmetic scientist and aromatherapist, a nutritional therapist, and an advocate for sustainable living) is its holistic wellness approach — it combines recommendations for food, herbal teas, lifestyle changes, and other therapies (like counseling, hydrotherapy, acupressure, massage therapy, aromatherapy, etc.) to address the whole person. I absolutely love my doctors — find you a doctor who truly listens and cares about you, it’s a game changer — and this is something I’m using in combination with their recommendations. Below I’ve linked some of my favorite clean living supplies, natural wellness products, remedies, etc. that I’ve found or have been recommended to me. *please note that I’m not a doctor. I highly recommend having a traditional doctor and a naturopath who can give you personalized health recommendations and treatments.
